To provide secure, reliable services, our backend infrastructure and databases are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Stockholm (Europe) region. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in this region.

We share information with trusted providers to run our platform:

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting and secure database management.

Cloudflare — web security, SSL encryption, and content delivery.

Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — automated travel management communications and duty slips.

We follow a strict data-minimization policy. We do not share personal data with public authorities unless required by a valid legal process, and only after verifying the legality of such requests.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To request deletion, contact support@vistans.org. We process verified requests within 30 days.
