Service · Boring deploys, on purpose.
Cloud &infrastructure
Infrastructure, deployment pipelines and operations built so releasing software is routine and recovery is rehearsed.
The problem
Deploys that only one person can run, no visibility when something breaks, and a bill nobody can explain.
Who it’s for
Teams whose product works but whose delivery does not — manual releases, unclear costs, unknown recovery time.
Overview
We treat infrastructure as code from the start. Environments are reproducible, changes are reviewed, and nothing important lives only in a console someone configured by hand.
Observability comes with the platform, not after an incident: structured logs, metrics and alerts that point at a cause rather than telling you the site is down.
We run production workloads on Cloudflare and Oracle Cloud today, including the VerCab platform, so the practices here are the ones we depend on ourselves.

Boring deploys, on purpose.
What’s included
Infrastructure as code
Reproducible environments under version control, reviewed like application code.
CI/CD pipelines
Automated tests, build and staged deploys with a one-command rollback.
Observability
Structured logging, metrics, uptime checks and alerts routed to a human.
Cost review
A line-by-line read of the bill and the changes that reduce it.
Backup & recovery
Documented restore procedure that we actually test, not just describe.
Security baseline
Least-privilege access, secret management and dependency scanning in CI.
How the work runs
- 01
Audit
Current architecture, deploy path, costs and recovery time, written up plainly.
- 02
Prioritise
Fix what causes outages and delay first; defer the rest.
- 03
Codify
Environments moved into code and version control.
- 04
Automate delivery
Pipeline built so any engineer can release safely.
- 05
Instrument
Logging, metrics and alerts wired to real thresholds.
- 06
Rehearse recovery
A restore is performed and timed, then documented.

Where it applies
Manual to automated delivery
Replace hand-run deploys with a reviewed, repeatable pipeline.
Cost reduction
Right-size oversized instances and cut idle spend without risking capacity.
Migration
Move off shared hosting or a single fragile server without downtime.
Compliance groundwork
Access control, audit logging and retention set up properly.
Frequently asked questions
- Which cloud do you use?
- We run production on Cloudflare and Oracle Cloud, and work with AWS, GCP and Azure. The choice follows your workload, data residency and budget rather than a fixed preference.
- Can you reduce our bill?
- Usually. Most savings come from right-sizing, removing idle resources and fixing storage and egress patterns. We report the expected saving before making changes.
- Do you offer ongoing operations?
- Yes, on a monthly retainer with agreed response times — or we set everything up and hand it to your team with documentation.
- What about downtime during migration?
- Migrations run in parallel with a cutover window and a tested rollback. Zero-downtime is the goal and we say up front when it is not achievable.
