By accessing or using our website and services, including the VerCab platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.

VerCab is a comprehensive travel management and transportation platform for ride-sharing, booking, and travel coordination. By using VerCab, you acknowledge the nature and scope of these services and agree to comply with all applicable laws and the terms here.

You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies in all communications via WhatsApp integration, including:

Adhering to WhatsApp's messaging standards and frequency guidelines.

Respecting user privacy and consent requirements.

No unsolicited marketing or spam.

Maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Complying with restrictions on automated or bulk messaging.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vistans Technologies and RAJENDRA KUMAR SHUKLA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VerCab or these Terms, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
